Our services help individuals and families acquire the supports and skills they need through Medicaid service coordination, community and day habilitation programs, early intervention, and respite services for caregivers.
We help individuals find the right balance of care and independence in their living situation through home family care, individual supports and services (ISS) apartments, and individualized residential alternative (IRA) group homes.
We offer our love and support to Rayim families through events like our annual Shabbos Retreat, periodical getaways for parents, and our Lev Bonim sibling support group gatherings, as well as through our Family Reimbursement Fund.
Our annual Sparks magazine offers a wealth of information and inspiration for parents and caregivers of individuals with special needs.
You can read the latest edition of Sparks online or contact us at info@rayim.org to receive a paper copy of the magazine in the mail. We also welcome comments and suggestions from all of our readers.
For nearly a decade, Rayim has hosted the parents of those we serve at an annual Shabbos Hischazkus event. Usually held in the spring, the event typically serves as a post-Pesach getaway—it’s the perfect time to take a break and recharge.
Parents attend free of charge and enjoy dynamic speakers, lavish meals, entertainment, and a relaxed occasion for mingling and enjoying each other’s company.
The Rayim Shabbos is known for giving parents an opportunity to find support, inspiration, and new knowledge, and to form friendships that last throughout the year. It’s an event that many look forward to as the highlight of their year.
